Personal use license means that only you can use the model and you cannot share it with others, in any form. Will war thunder barf if an incomplete model attempted to be loaded into the game? say one that doesn't have animations or one that uses the sample 185 animations and it's all obviously wrong like you tried to use the 185 animations with your warthog, etc, or things like using an incorrect dm in a imported plane.
mtl? or something more complete like a 3ds max studio file that can (potentially) have everything from completed animations to completed lod layers and even the textures can be included so long as 3ds knows where to look.
